A BILL to amend article two, chapter twenty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section five-c, relating to a delayed announcement in trout stocking.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article two, chapter twenty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section five- c, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2. WILDLIFE RESOURCES.

§20-2-5c. Delayed announcement of trout stocking.

The division of natural resources shall not announce the stocking of trout in any stream in the state until twenty four hours after such stocking has occurred.



NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to require the DNR to delay the announcing of trout stocking for a period of twentyfour hours after the trout stocking has occurred.
